Welcome, we are Midnight Brisket, previously know as “Lower Level”.  We are mainly a fancy basement band that comes out now and again to do what we all love; play music. Midnight Brisket was formed in 2011, named after long night with the band and a very late meal.  We do mainly classic rock but also cover some newer sounds with a few originals as well.  We play out a handful of times every year.  If you want to get in contact with us please message us on our Facebook page.  We have  newer members over the last 2 years Dan, Steve and Tiffany are the newest additions.  Nico Joe and Brian have been around for years now!
